LOCATION

Our event has both an indoor and outdoor section and is located at 326 Lakewood Center Mall near Costco in Lakewood, CA.

Parking at Lakewood is Always Free

DAYS/TIMES

Most of the event is indoors, so it will be bewitching at any time of the day. The outside portion of our event is best viewed at dusk and after dark.​

Age Policy

Everyone is welcome to The Hollow Awakens Halloween adventure but many aspects of the event will be too intense for young children and two of the zones are marked as most suitable for 13+.

What to Expect

You can expect to have fun, be surprised and maybe even be a little cared during your visit to our Halloween adventure at Lakewood Center. For more about what to expect at The Hollow Awakens, visit our The Experience page.

What to Wear

You should wear comfortable shoes and clothing and even come in costume when you visit our haunted experience at Lakewood Center. Costumes must adhere to our costume policy.

Food & Drink

You won’t go hungry and we’ll keep you hydrated at The Hollow Awakens, the ultimate immersive Halloween experience. Spooky good snacks and cold beverages are served in our concession area.

FAQS

What are the event dates?

The Hollow Awakens will open on September 12th through November 1st at Lakewood Center. Event hours are 6 to 10 pm (Wednesday – Thursday), 5 to 11 pm (Friday and Saturday), and 5 to 10 pm (Sunday). We are closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Can I buy tickets at the gate?
Yes, tickets are available for purchase at the gate at Lakewood Center. However, our events do sell out, so we encourage you to purchase tickets online.
What forms of payment do you accept for the purchase of tickets?
We accept major credit cards and debit cards for tickets to The Hollow Awakens. We will also accept cash for purchases made at the gate and at our concessions.
If I buy a ticket and can't attend, are tickets refundable?
Tickets to The Hollow Awakens are not refundable. You can, however, reschedule/reuse your tickets for any day that we are open. For more information, please contact us at imagine@imaginarium360.com.
Are there discounts available?
Prior to opening The Hollow Awakens, we’re offering a pre-sales discount of 20% or more, After the event opens, when we have discounts, we will post them on our discount page on the website. Also follow us on social media (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), where we will often post promotional offerings and sign up for our mailing list as this will also be where we post discount prices for subscribers.
Can I reschedule my tickets?

You can reschedule your tickets before the event. Send an email to imagine@imaginarium360.com. Rescheduling is FREE, we ask that it be done before your scheduled date.

Will I be able to leave and re-enter the event?
To reenter The Hollow Awakens, you must have your hand stamped prior to exit and you must return before the gates close, which is 30-45 minutes before the The Hollow Awaken’s scheduled closing time.
What happens if it rains?

If it is raining or unusually windy, we may close the outside portion of our event for safety reasons. If it is raining on the day you plan to come, please check our website for information. If you have already purchased tickets and we need to close , you will receive an email advising that we are closed that day and instructions about rescheduling your tickets.

Do you rent wheelchairs or strollers?

Wheelchairs are available for rent on a first-come basis. The rental fee is $15. Please check at the box office for availability. We do not rent strollers.

What about accessibility? How do you accommodate Guests with disabilities?

The Hollow Awakens team is committed to providing a fun and safe environment for all our guests, including those with sensitivities and/or disabilities. If you have special needs, please contact us in advance of your visit at imagine@imaginarium360.com and we will do our best to make reasonable accommodations so your entire group can enjoy our event.

Can I wear a costume?

Costumes, except for full face masks, are encouraged. Costumes must adhere to our costume policy.
